Gentalk Interview #2 with IET
The second Gentalk interview is with Darius Panahy of IET.

The Gathering DID happen !
As you can see, it DID happen with a Second Lifer called Estefan Euler (that’s his Second Life name, of course!) who was online on the 23rd of January – we talked for a good hour on the subject of Gen and toolsets! He got his Gentalk T-Shirt and his exclusive event T-shirt !
Although there were only two of us, it was a most interesting conversation and sharing views on Gen was refreshing, especially with someone as knowledgeable about the tool as Estefan.

Cool Profs launches new website
I noticed this morning, that, without any fanfare, CoolProfs has launched their new-style website, so I thought that Gentalk should provide some of that fanfare!
Together with this, they have made some significant company announcements.
Looking a their site, it seems better designed than their last one, with all the information that it presents easy to access and visible.

Gathering is over!
OK – so I tried !
To say that there was a lack of Gen people is an understatement ! No-one turned up !
I wonder why that is – there is a poll on the right hand site of the gentalk.biz site with some options on it – what made you decide not to come?
Of course, no one is under any obligation to fill it in !
I’ll leave it there for a month before I take it down and analyse the results.
Should anyone think that the Second Life Gen Gathering is a good idea and want to propose a new time and date, please contact me via the contact page.
I’m quite happy to take feedback on whether I did anything wrong, or maybe there just isn’t the interest out there in Gen-land ! Either way I’d appreciate ANY feedback from “…it was a waste of time…” to “…mMMMM – really good idea – can you do it on a Saturday ???” and/or any points in between.
Whatever people say, I’m appreciative of it.
Hopefully, within the next two weeks, there will be a surprise posted here – the 2nd Gentalk interview.
I’m not saying who it’s with (yet) but it’s going to be worth it !
