CA in the Clouds
Looking at this post from Bloomberg.com which mentions CA’s strategy to focus on Cloud Computing, one can only hope that the strategy filters down to CA Gen as well. CA Gen is well-suited to being deployed into a cloud – since surely it would take a new generator of type “cloud” a target of a number of different cloud infrastructures ?
The assets that we have built up over the years in CA Gen will be able to be deployed into a variety of cloud infrastructures with little or no modification.
I’ve aluded to this in the past here , here , here ,here and here - so I’ve been muttering about this for a while now – the world seems to be going to Cloud Computing – so Gen should be up there with it – lets hope the strategy filters down!
